Festival of books in Blairgowrie

BOOKMARK features award-winning writers, household names and exciting new talent.

The line-up for the Blairgowrie and Rattray book festival – which takes place over this weekend at the community campus in the town – sees 10 events taking place over two days.

Chair of the BOOKMARK festival, Gail Wylie, is looking forward to the weekend:

She said: “What an exciting programme we have lined-up for our main event in October! Over the years, BOOKMARK has developed a reputation for being a friendly, well-organised book festival which offers a wide range of events to suit all interests, and our programme this year is no
different."

Tickets for individual events are priced at £10. Weekend and day passes are also available. All tickets can be purchased from Adventure into Books in Blairgowrie (01250 872852) or the Perthshire Box Office (01738 621031).
